The great Black Forest Kirsch from Baden

100 years of brandy tradition! That is the famous Kammer-Kirsch in the distinguished square bottle from the once instructional and experimental distillery of the Baden region. A rare piece, exquisite gift of the Cherry Brandy of Kammer Kirsch, matured in the barrique.

This extraordinary brandy was distilled retaining its aromas on small copper fuel blisters and is matured in traditional barrique barrels. These are stored for months in deep temperature-controlled vaulted cellars of the old Seldeneck'schen brewery of Baden. A classic speciality in a special layout and presentation.

The cherry brandy releases its flavour with an alcohol strength of 46% vol. Above all else it does away with the cooling filtration technology, which “robs“ the Kirsch of some of its flavour. A special pleasure, which unfurls beautifully at a drinking temperature of 18°-20°C.
